Once again, Christmas is here, happy holidays!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u00b4s remember that this time of the year can stir things up and bring all kinds of emotions to the surface. There can be loads of happiness and excitement, especially if we have kids in the house or we\u00b4re reuniting with family and friends. But also, depending on the situation, there can be stress, sadness or melancholy, making it all a little bit harder. And to be honest, that idealized image of peace and love they sell us in movies doesn\u00b4t help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever your situation, please receive a big hug, together with my proposal for the next two weeks, a simple strategy we can summarize in three words: ACKNOWLEDGE, ACCEPT, and CHOOSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
