{"id":7219,"date":"2025-07-21T02:08:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T01:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/binarywords.com\/?p=7219"},"modified":"2025-07-21T02:09:47","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T01:09:47","slug":"existir-vivir-elegir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/binarywords.com\/en\/2025\/07\/21\/existir-vivir-elegir\/","title":{"rendered":"Existing, living, choosing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this month and next, I\u00b4m going to be brief when writing my posts, as both you and me have more interesting things to do than looking at a screen...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following on from <a href=\"https:\/\/binarywords.com\/en\/2025\/07\/14\/a-descansar\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/binarywords.com\/es_es\/2025\/07\/14\/a-descansar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">last week<\/a>\u00b4s topic, this week I\u00b4ve been able to walk the walk and stay a bit more relaxed in my day-to-day, though that doesn\u00b4t mean I\u00b4ve been just sitting on my hands doing nothing, on the contrary! It\u00b4s been a very productive week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But it\u00b4s true that I\u00b4ve been a lot more selective when deciding what to do (and more importantly, what not to do) with my time and energy at each moment. As I see it, living is existing \"on purpose\", with openness and curiosity, and also with an intentionality that comes from knowing what we value most in life, and acting accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But for that, we need to carve out time. And how do we carve out time?
