Cuántas veces nos pasa que, sin darnos cuenta, nos ponemos el listón demasiado alto, y nos criticarnos por no llegar a nuestras propias expectativas… Dejamos que nuestro saboteador particular (esa vocecita mental que no deja de incordiar) tome el mando y nos machaque, no reconociendo lo que valemos realmente. Y así, nos convertimos en nuestro propio peor enemigo.
